I placed an order, but have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam folder to ensure that your email filter has not placed your confirmation email there. We aim to process orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Orders that are received outside of our normal business hours (Mon - Fri, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) or on holidays will be processed on the following business day. If you placed an order during normal business hours and it has been longer than 48 hours (or longer than 72 hours if you placed your order over a weekend or holiday) then please send an email inquiry - with your order information - to us at info@marleyandjade.com.
After I receive my confirmation email, when should I expect to receive my order?
We ship our orders via USPS Priority Mail, which means that after your order is processed, you should receive it within 1 to 3 business days. When your order ships, you will be provided a tracking number.
What is your refund policy?
We accept returns and grant a refund up to 14 days after your order has been delivered.
Do you ship internationally? What about military bases?
We currently ship in the United States, including military bases. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

I am buying a bracelet as a gift for someone else? How do I know what size to buy?
To ensure appropriate sizing of bracelets, you'll need to use a flexible tape measure (or a strip of paper) to measure just below the wrist bone, which is where a bracelet would normally be worn. The bracelet size written in our product descriptions is given in inches. Feel free to use the chart below as a sizing reference. Remember: We also offer a selection of memory wire bracelets, which are great because they take a large part of the guesswork out of bracelet sizing.

Do you take custom or group orders?
At the moment, we are not capable of fulling custom orders or large group orders, though this is something that we hope to change in the near future.
